Our Mission
Right to Life Heart of Macomb is an affiliate of Right to Life of Michigan. We work to defend vulnerable human beings, born and unborn, from abortion, infanticide, euthanasia and assisted suicide.
Right to Life Heart of Macomb focuses our activities in Clinton Twp, Chesterfield Twp, Fraser, Macomb Twp, Mount Clemens, New Baltimore, Shelby Twp, Sterling Heights, and Utica. We often work with our sister affiliates in Macomb and Oakland Counties for special events.
We strive to educate all people on the humanity of the unborn, to encourage community support and participation in programs and legislation that foster respect and protection for human life, and to promote and support pro-life candidates.
Death should never be offered as the solution to suffering or hardship. Together, we work for positive life-affirming solutions for difficult situations at both the beginning and the end of life. We work peacefully to advance pro-life issues through education, legislative change, and civic service projects.
RTL Heart of Macomb is incorporated as a nonprofit corporation in the state of Michigan and is exempt from federal income tax under 501 (c)(4) Internal Revenue Code. Donations and membership dues paid to RTL Heart of Macomb are not tax-deductible.

Become a Member or Renew Your Membership
Regular Membership. Paying annual membership dues supports our mission in many practical ways:
- Membership entitles you to receive the Right to Life of Michigan News, a bimonthly newspaper. (Our affiliate pays for RLM News mailings to members).
- Members also receive our RTL Heart of Macomb newsletters (both print and email newsletters).
- Your membership dues enable us to maintain our web-site and blog.
- Subscribe to our FREE blog at https://rtlhom.org/blog to receive weekly email updates with breaking news, local events, legislative alerts, and local interest stories.
- All dues-paying members are entitled to vote for our board members and officers at our annual meeting.
- Senior and student discounts are available - please consider becoming a member, or renewing your membership, today.
Board Members are the core volunteers who work together to plan and advertise our events and fundraising activities. We currently meet on the 2nd Monday evening of each month.
- Board members must be dues-paying members and able to commit to attending the monthly meetings and serving on a committee.
